Minecraft × Elden Ring
siddoff's Melty package puts Minecraft movement, building, and combat into Elden Ring. The listing we read says Melty starts both games and keeps Elden Ring offline. This is not the Tobyn Jacobs clip, and it is not the Mac crossover bridge.

A public Windows mod that runs Minecraft's physics, inventory, blocks, and combat inside Skyrim. Minecraft stays hidden. Skyrim draws the world.
Elden Ring × Jump Force
Asher Sheets' Melty package plays Elden Ring offline as Jump Force fighters, or as your Tarnished with a loadout of those abilities. Jump Force on Steam is optional and is used for voices and music.
MW2 (2009) × Skate 3 × Minecraft
A Windows build that runs MW2 multiplayer, optional Skate 3 physics, and a generated Minecraft world on IW4L, a from-scratch Rust rewrite of MW2. You need your own MW2. You do not need to own Minecraft.

A Windows release that puts skating into a Vice City rewrite. The README credits reVC and a Skate 3 Rust rewrite. GitHub has two release zips. The README itself is short and does not list versions.
Minecraft × New Vegas
A Melty package that plays Minecraft inside Fallout: New Vegas. Outdoors, Minecraft physics and the hotbar take over, while New Vegas keeps the pause menu, Pip-Boy, and conversations.
Bully × Skate 3
A Windows mod that lets Jimmy skate around Bullworth with Skate 3 physics. The README requires Bully Scholarship Edition 1.200 and your own extracted Xbox 360 Skate 3 files. A release zip is on GitHub.
PEAK × Minecraft
aeironnsarmiento's Melty package climbs PEAK with Minecraft movement, inventory, and blocks. The page says the run still progresses, and that the summit ending is not reachable yet.
Valheim × WoW Classic
Michael Dijak's Melty package puts Classic World of Warcraft creatures into Valheim and reads their models from your own Classic Era install. It does not launch WoW or talk to Blizzard.
Skyrim × Dark Souls
puddinboots' Melty package plays Dark Souls rolls, backsteps, and lock-on on your Skyrim character. Animations are read from your installed Prepare to Die Edition each launch. Combat stays Skyrim.
Minecraft × Portal
A Melty remix of JokerFactor's Portalcraft. It adds a portal gun to Minecraft with more than one blue and orange pair. The page says no Valve assets are included. You do not need to own Portal.
