luki's experimental project runs Spider-Man Remastered's web swinging inside Arkham Knight's Gotham. There is a public GitHub repo and a demo video. There is no release zip. Video Games Chronicle had listed the pairing as a clip before this repo was the documented build.

What it does

  • Spider-Man's own swinging, wall running, wall crawling, and point launches drive the player, seen inside Arkham Knight.
  • Gotham's collision is fed into Spider-Man's physics. Spider-Man's frame is drawn in Batman's place.
  • The README calls it experimental: buildings can be hollow, Spider-Man can render too dark, and Batman can still be visible.

Requirements

Both games
Steam copies. Spider-Man must be version 4.0630, the only version the README says works. You need a controller and a PC that can run both games at once.
Setup
The README's path is to point a coding agent at the repo and follow AGENTS.md. There is no release zip to install by hand.

Install steps

  1. Read the ArkWeb README before you start. This site does not host a build.
  2. The documented setup uses a coding agent in an empty folder, pointed at the GitHub repo, on a machine with both Steam games installed.
  3. Confirm Spider-Man is version 4.0630. The README says other versions do not work.
  4. The agent is supposed to back up your Arkham Knight save before it installs anything. Do that even if you build by hand.
  5. There were no GitHub release assets when we checked on 8 October 2026.
